Notice of Arrival & Departure (eNOA/D)
eNOA/D deadlines can begin 96 hours before arrival, with some voyages requiring at least 24 hours’ notice. Send your itinerary early so AYA can confirm the deadline, file on time, and update the notice when plans change.
Overview
The electronic Notice of Arrival and Departure (eNOA/D) tells the U.S. Coast Guard, through its National Vessel Movement Center, who and what is arriving, and when. American Yacht Agents prepares and files it, keeps it current when plans change, and stays available after hours when they change late.
What we coordinate
- eNOA/D filings with the National Vessel Movement Center
- Updates when the itinerary, timing or crew changes
- Departure notices
- After-hours support for late changes
- Coordination with your customs and immigration clearance
Good to know
Timing depends on the voyage
Do not wait until arrival. Depending on the voyage, the Notice of Arrival may be due 96 hours before arrival or require at least 24 hours’ notice. Send your itinerary to AYA as early as possible so we can confirm the deadline and file on time.
Changes need updates
When the arrival time, port or people on board change, the notice may need to be updated. AYA handles those updates, including after hours.
Not every vessel is the same
Whether a notice is required, and what it must contain, depends on the vessel, its flag, its tonnage and the voyage. Send your details and AYA will confirm what applies.
How it works
Send your details
Send your registry, arrival port, dates, and services needed. Your AYA agent reviews the request and confirms the plan.
We coordinate your port call
We manage required filings and clearance coordination, and line up the rest of your port call as needed.
Arrive with support in place
Your port call is coordinated before arrival, and our team remains available 24/7 for changes, clearances, and time-sensitive requests.
